Our interval training is designed to get your heart rate up. During your hour session, you'll do short bursts of 36 different activities. At each of the stations, you'll exercise for a couple of minutes before moving on to the next station. The fast pace and variety of activities help to ensure that your workouts are always fun and stimulating to your mind and body.
The trainers at our Orangetheory Fitness gym will inspire you to work hard and enjoy your workout. If you're new to a piece of equipment, the instructor will help you get started.
